Executive Chef Randy Niswander from Conrad's

BIO:

Executive Chef Randy Niswander is new to the Columbia area.  Randy comes from a small town in northern Michigan called Harbor Springs.  He was classically trained by two French master chefs and has competed in ACF culinary competitions from New York to Chicago.  His heart and soul is dedicated to culinary arts and fine dining food.  As the Executive Chef of Conrad's, he brings a variety of different styles of food preparations and unique items to this up scale restaurant. 

PHILOSOPHY:

He looks forward to meeting all of you personally and hopes to see you soon at our restaurant.  Please ask for him personally when you come in. Randy would love to share more about himself with you.
